• Applied Kinesiology

  • Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system that evaluates structural, chemical and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing combined with other standard methods of diagnosis. Manual muscle testing is utilized to evaluate the function of most major muscles in the body based on the premise there is a relationship between every muscle and a specific organ or gland due to our embryological development. With this information we can determine if a dysfunction is caused by a problem with the blood flow to the organ, lymphatic drainage, nutritional deficiency, toxicity, imbalanced flow through a specific energy meridian, an emotional block, cerebrospinal fluid disruption, or impedance of nerve flow. AK is a non-invasive system of evaluating body function that is unique in the healing arts and has become a dynamic movement in health care in its relatively short existence.
